It also typically has a higher ROI than other company training initiatives, decreases employee turnover, increases customer loyalty, and can help you land more jobs. . . just to name a few.
By the way, have you noticed that every benefit is measurable! That is vital in the success of implementing a diversity plan because, what gets measured gets done and if it can move, it can be measured. In the case of diversity, the challenge is in getting everyone to agree on the metrics.
