Welcome to today’s session. Many companies strive for brand loyalty only to fall on their face.

Welcome to today’s session. Many companies strive for brand loyalty only to fall on their face. Our speaker, Melanie DePaoli is here to share with you the secret to achieving brand loyalty through brand experience and why this is actually what makes or breaks a company’s ability to achieve it.

She’s worked in radio, as a video director, developed computer-based training for the Navy and as an adjunct professor teaching communication through multimedia. Melanie is the founder and Brand Catalyst of her business, Omicle. She helps companies develop their own brand personality to create an experience that builds loyalty, market share, and the profitability they desire. She is also the author of three books on culture-driven brands.

Melanie has presented to audiences ranging from 4 to over 200. Her clients range from passionate solopreneurs to nonprofits to
international companies. Her clients have won “Best Place to Work” and “Most Innovative” awards and have been featured in national magazines.

  • A/V Projector with a minimum of 1500 Lumens and screen
  • Wireless lavaliere (lapel clip) microphone
  • Audio out from Mel’s computer

Mel will bring her Surface Pro 3 and any / all dongles and connectors needed in order for audio and video clips to play from her presentation through the event location’s system. She will also have her presentation on at least one back up location, just in case.

When possible, Mel requests a full testing of equipment and viewing of the room the day before the event.
